candle care

to ensure safe & proper burning, please follow these candle safe practices:

• always keep an eye on your candle. herbs are placed far from wick, but require proper supervision as they are still highly flammable.

• do not leave around pets or children.

• keep flame away from drafts, linens, plants, curtains & windows.

• candles are open flames & must be supervised at all times.

• be sure to trim the wick to about .2”/5mm inch before every burn to extend the life of your candle - using a wick trimmer is highly recommended.

• alternately, you can pinch off the blackened bits before every burn to prevent sooting.

• do not burn for over 4 hours at a time.

• candles may be hot to the touch, so use caution before handling.
